TERMS & CONDITIONS OF GIFT CARDS When purchasing a Her Art is Soul Gift Card, the following terms and conditions apply: The Gift Card has a 3 year validity from the date of purchase. Any unused balance past the expiry date cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. The Gift Card can only be used for product and service purchases through the Her Art is Soul website, herartissoul.com. The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or returned for a cash refund. The Gift Card delivery email contains a unique code to be used by the recipient at checkout where they can “Redeem Gift Card” in the payment details. Please ensure this Redeem code is stored in a safe place as the unique code is not stored by Her Art is Soul’s website and cannot be retrieved if lost during the validity period of the Gift Card. If the recipient’s desired purchase exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the additional balance can be paid with the PayPal or credit card options available at checkout. If the purchase amount is less than the Gift Card amount, the balance is stored for use for the duration of the validity period.
