Shipping policy

 

SHIPPING LOCATIONS:

Shipping of products is available Australia-wide.


DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES:
Delivery timeframes (including print production) average 10-14 working days from the date of order, depending on location.


Please note these timeframes are estimations to be used a guideline only as minor delays with delivery services can occur, particularly during peak periods.

 

DELIVERY COSTS:

Canvas prints:

Flate rate delivery fee of $15 Australia-wide for orders under $300.

Free shipping within Australia for orders over $300.

Homewares & Clothing:

Flate rate delivery fee of $10 Australia-wide for orders under $300.

Free shipping within Australia for orders over $300.

SHIPPING NOTIFICATION AND TRACKING:

You will receive an automatic email notification once your product has been shipped from the print supplier which will include a tracking link for your product delivery.

The process of email notifications for your order are as follows:

  1. Upon placement of your order on our website, you will receive an email with a receipt of your  purchase.

  2. Approximately 24 hours after this receipt email, you will receive a second email with your order number

  3. Once your product has been produced and dispatched for delivery (on average 7 working days from date of order placement), you will receive an email which will include a tracking link for your product delivery.

 

Returns policy

Because all products sold on this website are custom made-to-order upon order by a customer, returns, exchanges, refunds or cancellations for a change of mind are not possible once an order has been placed.

If there are any issues with your Product or if you have any queries before purchasing a Product, please email us at connect@herartissoul.com as we want you to be happy with your purchase.

REPLACEMENT FOR DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We will replace your Product if goods delivered are the incorrect item or have been damaged in transit (by delivery courier). In line with Australian Consumer Law, if the Product that you receive has a major fault that cannot be rectified or replaced or appears vastly different from the Product description on our Website (noting that colours may vary slightly from each screen), you may be entitled to a return for refund after completing the process below.

In the event that you have received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of receiving delivery of the goods to connect@herartissoul.com. Please include in the email:

- Your name, order number and item details

- A description of the damage, fault or incorrect item

- A clear photo of the damage, fault or incorrect item including the outer packaging.

After the details of your email are reviewed and the replacement request accepted, we will notify you by email and will send you a prepaid returns label to return the item for replacement or refund. Please keep the item's original packaging in order to package it up for return. Costs of shipping the replacement item will be paid by us.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift Vouchers do not have an expiry date, and are non-refundable once purchased.

 

WARRANTY OF PRODUCTS

All products are quality controlled before dispatch by print suppliers. We are not liable for any misuse of the products, and only accept returns if they meet our Returns Policy listed above. Please note, all canvas prints are not intended for use in direct bright sunlight, or will risk fading.
