Join this unique half-day online workshop where you'll learn a grounding, practical framework of mixed media art and intuitive sensing practices that will allow your creativity to bloom, from the inside out!
The workshop guides you through a three-stage creation process that focuses on the key senses of listening, feeling and seeing to experience and express all that is felt in your body in the present moment. These sensations are then transformed into texture, colour and form to create stunning artwork with elements of nature as the subject matter; your inner sensual nature transformed into flowers, foliage and landscapes that are uniquely you in style.

With a variety of mixed media, creative writing and intuitive sensing practices and techniques, the 3-stage creation process provides you a diverse framework that enables you to get into flow at any time:
Whether you're a creative professional or have no previous artistic background, this workshop is for everyone who has a desire to not only develop and deepen their own unique creative expression, but to become the embodiment of creativity in their everyday life!

1. Listen
Learn the practice of sense mapping your body to tune in and become intimate with your inner sensations and inspiration in response to your subject matter.
2. Feel
Learn mixed media techniques and experimentations to amplify your inspiration and translate your feeling into texture and colour.
3. See
Learn key design principles of composition, colour, contrast and scale and how they can enhance and illuminate the emotion that you want to express in your artwork, bringing the feeling into form.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
A four-hour interactive online workshop, delivered live via Zoom. This session will be recorded and posted in a private Facebook group for your workshop, allowing you to rewatch it at any time if you're unable to attend at the session time.​

Sell your Art with Soul
Join this interactive, 3-session online workshop series where you'll learn the foundations of creating your own brand identity and marketing strategy for your art business that will enable you to not only promote yourself with confidence, but to engage with your audience in meaningful ways that create ongoing sales opportunities.

The three 2-hour sessions will cover:
1. Your purpose & audience
Using your brand brief document that you’ll receive to complete before workshop as the starting point, you will be guided through the process of defining your brand purpose, values and the characteristics of your target audience.

2. Your brand elements
In this session, your defined brand purpose and values will become your inspiration to begin developing your brand. You’ll be given the information, tools and online resources to enable you to create your fundamental brand elements:
• Logo • Font style • Brand colour • Tone-of-voice for promotion

Following this session, you'll have the opportunity to submit your brand concepts in the workshop's private Facebook group to receive feedback from your facilitator before the final session.

3. Your marketing strategy
With your audience and brand elements clearly defined, in this final session you will be guided through the process of developing a marketing strategy for your business to enable you to choose the right channels of promotion to reach your target audience and achieve the greatest results.

Artist, designer and educator Jenelle de Souza facilitates this workshop, drawing on her unique experience of 20+ years as a designer, working primarily in brand design and marketing, while also working as a visual artist running an online art business (see Her Story for more info).
